Our programs, classes and services are geared to aid you in reconnecting with your own intuitive knowing, empowered state and inner healer, where you are able to achieve a full and balanced life. By providing a healing and safe environment with highly trained and trusted practitioners, instructors and teachers you can greatly advance on your transformational and healing journey

You will find enhanced learning and inspiration through daily movement classes, healing and body services, ongoing lectures and workshops…all helping you to develop discipline, deepen your practice and transform personally.

Our venue also provides a physical space for ongoing community outreach programs, private events and wellness retreats. We have a beautiful outdoor space as well with garden, benches and waterfall where you can relax or attend one of our outdoor classes or events.

Our staff includes licensed massage therapist, holistic weight loss, certified yoga and fitness instructors, authentic tai chi and qigong instruction, transformational coaches, intuitive readers, certified reiki and rising star practitioners and certifications, international and respected guest speakers and lecturer as well as an exciting online and in-person Metaphysical & Crystal Shop.
