Premier Athletic Club is a full Fitness Experience for your Active Lifestyle!

Premier Athletic Club is more than just a gym, it’s an experience for the whole family! Serving the north Westchester community for over 40 years, Premier Athletic Club in Montrose, New York is your family’s center for health and wellness activities.

Amenities include: Onsite Childcare, After School Programs/Supervision, Personal Training, Women's Fitness, Basketball Court, Aquatics, Racquet Sports, Group Fitness Classes, Functional Training and More!

Memberships are conveniently available for 6 months at a time.

Childcare: onsite nursery, maintaining state regulated supervision requirement. After school programs for kids K-5th grade which includes busing after school if child is in the Hendrick Hudson school district. Pick up times for after school program is at 5:30pm and 6:30pm.

Training: Personal and Group, Functional Training Room available.

Classes: Group Exercise, Zumba, Body Pump, Boot Camp, Spinning, Yoga, Mat Pilates and more.

Tennis Courts: Three indoor courts. Team, Private and League coaching available. Junior lessons also available for members and non-members,

Racquetball Courts: Three indoor courts. Team, Private and League coaching available. Junior lessons also available for members and non-members.

Turf Field: Two Full soccer fields. Rental space available for soccer and lacrosse contact front desk. Open to Junior Ballers (Football for elementary age) and for members and after school programs as well.

Pools

Indoor Lap Pool for free swim. Lessons and Team Classes.

Indoor Recreation Pool: Includes free swim times, Aqua Zomba, Toning and Lessons. All abilities and ages.

Outdoor Recreation Pool and Outdoor Kiddie Pool: Open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Summer packages available. Outdoor Snack Shack with full bar, Movie Nights, Friday Specials. Fridays from 6pm-9pm only (in pool area), guests are free and non members are welcome from 6pm-9pm only.

Outdoor Playground and Beach Volleyball Court

Jacuzzi: Located indoor near pools, for adults only.

Gym: Full Basketball Court. Free play times available for different age groups. Gym weekend has time available for supervised elementary play. Rental space for teams available.

Locker room: Includes,Steam Room, Sauna Individual Showers. Bring lock. Long term locker rentals available. Inquire about massages at front desk.

Birthday Parties: Available for members and non members. Includes gym pool and restaurant.
