Mex-to-Go is a Mexican restaurant offering lunch and dinner for take-out daily. The restaurant offers authentic Mexican dishes, including tortas (aka Sandwiches), tacos, quesadillas, fajitas, rotisserie chicken, BBQ Ribs, enchiladas, burritos, chimichangas, arepas, flautas, hamburgers and french fries, desserts, and soft drinks.

Mex-to-Go is owned and operated by chef, Mayra Viznay. Mayra was formerly trained, and worked as a sous-chef for the restaurant groups owned by Craig Purdy and Jonathan Pratt, Umami Cafe in Croton on Hudson, and Peter Pratt's Inn & Restaurant in Yorktown Heights, NY.
